Patient Relations
The Patient Relations staff provides information about services at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and helps put you in touch with the appropriate Hospital department. These Patient Coordinators also interpret the Hospital's policies and procedures, investigate and resolve concerns, assure the observation of patients' rights, and handle certain special requests.
