Endocrine Oncology
The Department has outstanding expertise in endocrine and pancreatic cancer, with basic research efforts, for example, focused on the molecular differentiation of benign and malignant thyroid nodules, the molecular identification of bone marrow metastases in patients with breast carcinoma, and the molecular characterization of pancreatic cancer.
