Research Programs
Our areas of emphasis are comprised of nine high-priority programs represented by the laboratories in the Department of Surgery focused to facilitate our greater commitment to translational science. However, the breadth of research under way within the Department is not limited to these areas and incorporates an array of intramural and extramural collaborations, both locally and beyond.
